Michael Barber
Founder — BlackLabel Tech
Michael Barber founded BlackLabel Tech and runs it as a working engineering company: he sets the technical bar, ships the products, and operates the company on the same in-house stack it deploys for clients.
The portfolio he builds spans native macOS, Windows, and iOS products, data platforms, audio technology, ambient sensing, and the real-world businesses BlackLabel builds for clients. Different markets, one foundation: software the owner controls, on hardware the owner runs.
He documents the work in public in BlackLabel Daily, the company's running build log — failures included, with real build numbers. The full story of what the company is and how it works is on the about page.
Reach him at michael@blacklabeltec.com or book a working session.
