Platform
Building blocks for a custom operating system.
CRM, scheduling, quoting, portals, dashboards, messaging, automation, billing, files, and industry configuration are scoped together around the workflow your company actually needs. These are build components, not fixed-price standalone apps.
Status
In active build — these modules are not sold as separate subscriptions or represented as BlackLabel's own completed company HQ. A working session identifies which components belong in a real custom build. Progress lands in the Daily.
Proven in production
Delivered July 27, 2026: Black Water Window Cleaning's full operating layer — public site, quoting, CRM, dispatch, invoicing, payroll export, crew app, and store — handed over empty. At Gulf Coast Wellness & Spa, the digital launch and second-generation site are live. Both builds are documented in the public evidence registry with their limitations and corrections intact.

Industry Modules
Custom scopedSame core, configured — never forked — per industry.

- Default stages, templates, widgets per industry
- Terminology mapping: Job / Engagement / Appointment / Project
- A new industry is a config file, not a codebase
Who logs in
Three doors into one system.
Owners
The dashboard: revenue, leads, conversion, team activity, and alerts — every KPI defined, every number live or absent.
Teams
The employee portal: today's schedule, assigned jobs, clock-in/out, checklists, and photo proof of work done.
Customers
The customer portal: their appointments, quotes to approve, invoices, files, and a direct line to the business.
Industry modules
Configured, never forked.
Nothing in the platform hardcodes an industry. A field-service crew, a spa, an HVAC contractor, a salon, and a restaurant run the same core — what changes is configuration: default lead stages, quote templates, appointment types, dashboard widgets, automations, and terminology.
That's the whole deployment model. Bringing the platform to a new industry means writing a config file and seeding a tenant — not forking a codebase. It's why one small company can serve service businesses, wellness, real estate, construction, and medical without ten diverging products.

How it's built
The rules apply here too.
Multi-tenant by construction
Every table carries the tenant. Every query filters by it. Cross-tenant isolation is tested adversarially, not assumed.
Interfaces, not lock-ins
Payments, email, SMS, calendars, and storage sit behind provider interfaces. What's stubbed is labeled stubbed — here and in the code.
Owned end to end
Type-safe models, SQLite/Postgres-portable schema, unit tests per module, seed data, and READMEs with working API examples. No rented core.
