Terms of use

Clear operating terms for the BlackLabel network.

Effective August 31, 2026. Product-specific purchase, license, privacy, and service terms remain part of the agreement for that product.

01

Agreement and scope

These Terms govern access to blacklabeltec.com and form the shared baseline for BlackLabel Tech services. A quote, order, subscription, license, product terms, or signed agreement may add or replace terms for a specific service. If they conflict, the more specific written agreement controls.

02

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account, authorized users, credentials, devices, and integrations. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

03

Acceptable use

Do not misuse a service, bypass access controls, interfere with other users, introduce malicious code, overload infrastructure, scrape contrary to published controls, violate law or another person’s rights, or use a service to access data you are not authorized to handle. Security research must follow our published security policy.

04

Customer content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant BlackLabel the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content to deliver the requested service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content, recipients, data sources, and instructions you provide.

05

Software and intellectual property

BlackLabel and its licensors own the services, software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and other materials, excluding customer content and third-party material. Subject to payment and product terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the applicable service for its intended purpose.

06

AI and automated features

Automated and AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or other consequential decisions. You remain responsible for instructions, approvals, downstream use, and independent professional review where appropriate.

07

Safety, health, and emergency use

Unless a product agreement expressly says otherwise, BlackLabel products are not emergency dispatch, medical devices, professional medical advice, or guaranteed life-safety systems. Maintain appropriate emergency services, alarms, backups, human review, and legally required procedures.

08

Electronic signatures

An electronic-signature product facilitates intent, consent, records, and evidence but does not decide whether a document is legally sufficient, whether a signer has authority, or whether a signature is enforceable in a particular jurisdiction. Parties are responsible for the document, signer identity, required disclosures, and legal review.

09

Fees, subscriptions, and taxes

Prices, billing intervals, included usage, cancellation, refunds, and renewal terms are shown at purchase or in the applicable order. You authorize stated charges and are responsible for applicable taxes. Product-specific purchase terms control over this general section.

10

Third-party services

Services may interoperate with third-party platforms selected by us or by you. Their terms, privacy practices, availability, and changes are controlled by those providers. We are not responsible for third-party systems, but we remain responsible for our own obligations.

11

Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to describe public availability honestly but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation unless a signed service-level agreement says otherwise. Beta, preview, and research features may change and should not be treated as production commitments.

12

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” BlackLabel disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing. Rights that cannot legally be disclaimed remain in force.

13

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlackLabel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data. BlackLabel’s aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law.

14

Termination

You may stop using a service subject to its cancellation terms. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, nonpayment, unlawful use, or when required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive—including ownership, payment, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—remain effective.

15

Law and changes

These Terms are governed by Alabama law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and applicable disputes will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Baldwin County, Alabama, unless a controlling agreement or law requires otherwise. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted.
