About
What BlackLabel is.
A Gulf Shores, Alabama-based AI automation and custom software company that builds workflow systems, internal applications, APIs, data platforms, and industry software.
BlackLabel Tech serves organizations across the United States from Gulf Shores, Alabama. It is run by a small human team — spanning leadership, brand, sales, and accounting — alongside an in-house AI operations team. We build software, media, automation, and growth infrastructure, and we run it ourselves, in production, before it's ever put in front of a customer.
The portfolio spans native macOS, Windows, and iOS products, data platforms, audio technology, ambient sensing hardware, and the real-world businesses we build for clients. Different markets, one foundation: software the owner controls, on hardware the owner runs, released through a pipeline that verifies what customers actually receive.
BlackLabel also operates as a technology holding company. That corporate structure supports the portfolio; the commercial category is AI automation and custom software.
We market ourselves the same way we engineer: nothing on this site is aspirational. Case studies carry their failures with real build numbers. Stats are pulled live from production or left out entirely. The Daily is the running log of all of it, from the beginning.
If you own a business and want software you actually own — or you want to evaluate the engineering directly — everything here is inspectable, and the door is the contact page.

How we work
Three rules that don't bend.
Numbers are live or absent
Every figure on this site traces to a live production query or a ledger. When we can't verify a number, we publish nothing instead of estimating it.
Failures are documented
Every product page doubles as a failure log — what broke, what we did about it, with real build numbers. We once deleted an entire fabricated trading backtest and published the zero. That rule hasn't bent since.
Releases are verified end-to-end
A release counts only after we re-download the exact artifact a customer would get, hash it, and re-verify it the way their machine will. Shipped means proven shipped.
Look deeper
Everything here is inspectable.
We'd rather show the work than describe it. Start wherever you're most skeptical.
