Accessibility

BlackLabel products should work across bodies, devices, and input methods.

Updated August 31, 2026. We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA for public web experiences and use the same principles to guide product interfaces.

Current approach

Accessibility is an engineering requirement, not a badge.

We combine semantic structure, keyboard operation, visible focus, readable contrast, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, accessible names and status messages, automated checks, and manual review. Conformance varies by product and release; this statement does not claim third-party certification.

Navigate

Headings, landmarks, skip links, descriptive links, logical focus order, and keyboard-reachable controls.

Perceive

Text alternatives, sufficient contrast, zoom and reflow support, meaningful labels, and information that does not depend on color alone.

Control

Visible focus, target sizing, motion preferences, clear validation, recoverable errors, and typed alternatives where voice or pointer input is offered.

Compatibility

Designed for current browsers and assistive technology.

Public pages are designed for current versions of major browsers, keyboard-only use, browser zoom, high-contrast preferences, reduced motion, and common screen readers. Third-party embeds, downloaded documents, legacy content, or a newly released feature may have limitations. We prioritize a usable alternative and a verified repair when a barrier is reported.

Report a barrier

Tell us the page, task, and format you need.

Email michael@blacklabeltec.com with the URL or product, the task you were trying to complete, the browser or assistive technology if relevant, and your preferred response format. We will acknowledge the request, provide a reasonable alternative when available, and track the underlying issue through verification.

Alternative access

You may request information in an alternate format or ask for help completing a website task. Accessibility requests do not require you to disclose a diagnosis or medical history.
